İnci GS Yuasa, a subsidiary of İnci Holding and Japan’s battery leader GS Yuasa, recently hosted the quarterly Focus Member Meeting organized by the Automotive Suppliers Association of Türkiye (TAYSAD). At the meeting, which brought together 24 key representatives of the automotive supply industry, participants discussed global trends, the current state of the sector, and future opportunities.
The Automotive Suppliers Association of Türkiye (TAYSAD), the leading representative of Türkiye’s automotive supply industry, held its Aegean Region Focus Member Meeting, which takes place quarterly and is hosted by a different member each time. This quarter, the event was held at İnci GS Yuasa’s state-of-the-art production facility in Manisa. The meeting was attended by 24 key representatives of the automotive supply industry. At the meeting, Yakup Birinci, Vice President of TAYSAD, Cihan Elbirlik, Chairman of İnci Holding and TAYSAD Board Member, and Kadir Kaymakçı, Managing Director of İnci GS Yuasa, discussed the Association’s activities, its role in the industry, its global connections, and the benefits it offers to its members in detail.

Yakup Birinci, Vice President of TAYSAD, commented on the meeting, saying, “We reviewed global and national production data and discussed our industry’s position in the world rankings. We fostered synergy by listening to our members’ expectations and reviewed TAYSAD’s recent activities. We are committed to taking steps toward a stronger future together.”
Kadir Kaymakçı, Managing Director of İnci GS Yuasa, shared the company’s 40 years of experience and the solutions it offers to the industry with the participants. After the meeting, attendees had the opportunity to tour İnci GS Yuasa’s production facilities in Manisa, where they could see the battery production lines up close. Following the factory tour, where attendees learned about the state-of-the-art production lines and the company’s R&D activities, a Q&A session was held to enhance information-sharing among members.
