İnci GS Yuasa, a subsidiary of İnci Holding and Japanese battery giant GS Yuasa, adds a new one to its awards. Boasting Türkiye's first ministry-approved R&D Center in its sector, the company grabs the first prize in the Intellectual Property Rights category of the 2nd Technology and Innovation Awards organized by Manisa Celal Bayar University Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgesi A.Ş. (Manisa Technocity).
Offering the products manufactured in its three factories in Manisa to consumers in more than 80 countries across 6 continents, İnci GS Yuasa has once again crowned its success in technology and innovation. İnci GS Yuasa ranked at the top of the "Technology and Innovation Awards" organized for the second time this year by Manisa Celal Bayar University (CBÜ) Technology Development Zone in order to render the startup ecosystem more active.
At the ceremony where R&D and Design Centers in Manisa OIZ were evaluated in 3 different categories, İnci GS Yuasa won the first prize in the "Intellectual Property Rights" category among Group B centers with 50 or fewer R&D personnel. The award ceremony was held with the participation of Manisa Deputy Governor Mustafa Özkaynak, Manisa CBU Rector Prof. Rana Kibar, Vice Rectors Prof. Ahmet Çetin, Prof. Kadir Ay, Prof. Oktay Üçer, Manisa TECHNOCITY Director Prof. Osman Çulha and Yunusemre Deputy Mayor Mehmet Mesut Doğan as well as sector representatives.
